Roles: Operational Oversight
Ensure smooth functioning of bleaching operations during the shift.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Team Management
Supervise shift technicians and operators, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Conduct shift briefings and communicate production targets and safety requirements.
Quality & Process Control
Maintain bleaching chemical dosing accuracy and fiber quality parameters.
Ensure compliance with process standards to meet brightness and cleanliness targets.
Safety & Compliance
