Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive and manage sales activities within the U.S. territory for assigned key accounts.
2. Promote and sell licensed, branded, patented, and new products to assigned key accounts.
3. Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and enhance the conversion ratio of opportunities to actual business deals.
5. Establish trust, understand client needs, and act as a primary point of contact to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
6. Analyze account potential, propose tailored solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of strategies to maximize sales.
7. Regularly assess client needs, address concerns promptly, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the value delivered to key accounts.
